Local Cuisine

We offer visits to small, rustic family farms, where animals are raised ethically and the celebrated pecorino cheese is produced. Upon request, we can organize an exclusive experience for you, whereby you will assist in the creation of various types of dairy products, including fresh ricotta, by using your bare hands to work milk and rennet!

At these farms it’s also possible to savour the local production for lunch and dinner, including cheeses, cured meats and wines. You will not be disappointed with these exquisite, traditional dishes.
