On the east side of the small peninsula of San Giovanni di Sinis you can paddle in an atmosphere of ancient times. Here you can glide past the majestic tower of Tharros or the ruins of the archaeological area on the calm waters of the Gulf of Oristano (Mare Morto), where our collaborators give lessons on various disciplines including the sup.
Sup courses usually take place in the morning or late afternoon in the absence of wind. Standard lessons last about 2 hours and are recommended for those who want to learn the basic techniques of paddling, sup exercises, and safety. Intermediate lessons last about 1 hour and are recommended for those who already have some experience but want to learn special paddling techniques. Lastly, there is the possibility to learn and practice sup-wave techniques with an instructor who will accompany you to specific spots where the waves are suitably easy for practising.
Supping is a great way to discover the wonders of the local coasts while gliding along on crystal clear waters!
